2. What Data We Collect

When you request early access via our website using Google Sign-In, we collect the following information provided by your Google account:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Profile photo URL (Google avatar)
  • Google User ID (a unique identifier)
  • Date and time of sign-in
  • Authentication provider (e.g., Google)

We do not collect passwords. Authentication is handled exclusively through Google's secure OAuth 2.0 infrastructure.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the information collected solely for the following purposes:

  • To register your interest and add you to our early access waitlist
  • To contact you with updates, invitations, and news about ATCO
  • To understand the profile of our early community and improve our product
  • To prevent duplicate registrations

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third parties. We will not use your data for advertising or profiling outside of direct ATCO communications.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, our legal basis for processing your personal data is:

  • Consent — By clicking "Continue with Google" and signing in, you consent to us storing your information for early access purposes.
  • Legitimate interests — Managing our waitlist and communicating about our product launch.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely in Google Firebase Firestore, a cloud database operated by Google LLC under their enterprise-grade security and compliance infrastructure. Data is stored in the European Union (Belgium — europe-west1 region).

Access to this data is restricted to authorized ATCO administrators only. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

6. Third-Party Services

Our website uses the following third-party services:

  • Google Firebase Authentication — handles sign-in via Google OAuth 2.0. Firebase Privacy Policy
  • Google Firestore — stores your early access registration data
  • Cloudflare Pages — hosts and delivers this website globally. Cloudflare Privacy Policy
  • Google Fonts — loads the Rajdhani typeface from Google's CDN

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing their data handling practices.

7. Cookies & Tracking

ATCO does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Firebase Authentication may store an authentication session token in your browser's local storage to keep you signed in. This is strictly functional and contains no personal data beyond your authentication state. We do not use Google Analytics or any behavioural tracking tools.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to operate our early access program, or until you request deletion. Once ATCO launches, early access registrants will be transitioned to full user accounts or their data will be deleted within 90 days of platform launch if they choose not to proceed.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access — Request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Right to rectification — Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure — Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Right to restrict processing — Request that we limit how we use your data
  • Right to data portability — Receive your data in a portable format
  • Right to object — Object to processing based on legitimate interests

10. Children's Privacy

ATCO is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. For significant changes, we will notify early access registrants via email.
